Mapping Authenticity

Experts state that the journey to authenticity is complex. Self-help gurus say you need only be a kid again. Both schools carry wisdom. The journey is arduous, yes, but it is also magical and there is a map. You’ll find both in this workshop. In fact, by the time you leave, you will:

  • Feel at ease about embracing authenticity once you define it and map it in your life
  • Gain insight about where you are in your quest to live more authentically
  • Boost your self-esteem by learning how to capitalize on your “authenticity” strengths
  • Leave with an “I can do this!” attitude thanks to an Authenticity Action Plan
